How To Apply Tiles & Block Adhesive

Make sure the surface is clean & dry and surface is free from contamination.

Keep adding the adhesive to water with continuously
using of mechanical mixer / putty mixer/ mixture machine in 4-6 litre water (according to temperature, application & type of adhesives), until a lump free mix-ture.

After the mixture is prepared, use the mixture only after at least 5 minutes

Apply a layer of prepared mixture of at least 3 mm thick on surface where tiles/stones are to be laid. Level the layer using a notched trowel. Do not apply more mixture than can be used/filled within 10-15 minutes.
जिस सतह पर टाइलें या पत्थर लगाने हैं, वहाँ तैयार मिश्रण की कम से कम 3 mm मोटी परत लगाएँ। नॉच्ड ट्रॉवेल (खाँचेदार करणी) का इस्तेमाल करके परत को एकसार करें। एक बार में इतना ही मिश्रण लगाएँ जितना 10-15 मिनट के अंदर इस्तेमाल किया जा सके।

Clean the tiles/stones with brush or cloth before laying them so that there is no laver of any kind on tiles/stones
surface and the grip remains strong.

Place the tiles/stones on prepared mixture layer with twisting motion and tap the tiles/stones well with a rubber mallet to ensure full contact between the back-ground, tiles/stones and prepared mixture. Use a wet cloth to remove excess mixture from tiles/stones surface.

तैयार किए गए मिश्रण की परत पर टाइल्स/पत्थरों को घुमाते हुए रखें और रबर के हथौड़े से उन्हें अच्छी तरह ठोकें ताकि टाइल्स/पत्थरों और मिश्रण के बीच पूरी तरह से संपर्क बन सके। टाइल्स/पत्थरों की सतह से अतिरिक्त मिश्रण हटाने के लिए गीले कपड़े का इस्तेमाल करें।

Allow the tiles/stones at least 24 hours to set properly.
Apply the grout only after set.

How To Apply Silicone Sealent
1- Surface must be clean, Dry & free from Oil and Grease
Paint or grease adheres to dust particles on the actual surface; this can later cause peeling or bubbling, preventing the applied silicone from bonding properly—which is why it is recommended to clean the surface thoroughly.
1- सतह साफ़, सूखी और तेल व ग्रीस से मुक्त होनी चाहिए।
असली सतह पर मौजूद धूल के कणों से पेंट या ग्रीस चिपक जाते हैं; इससे बाद में पेंट उखड़ सकता है या उसमें बुलबुले बन सकते हैं, जिससे लगाया गया सिलिकॉन ठीक से नहीं चिपक पाता—इसीलिए सतह को अच्छी तरह से साफ़ करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
2- Cut the tip of Cartridge
Use a sharp utility knife or the cutter on your caulk gun to make a clean cutting across the threaded tip of the silicone cartridge at a 45-degree angle.
2- सिलिकॉन कार्ट्रिज की नोक काटें।
सिलिकॉन कार्ट्रिज के थ्रेडेड सिरे को 45-डिग्री के कोण पर साफ़-साफ़ काटने के लिए एक तेज़ यूटिलिटी नाइफ़ या अपनी कॉल्क गन पर लगे कटर का इस्तेमाल करें।
3- Apply Nozzle and Cut the Nozzle as per gap size
Cut near the very tip of the nozzle. The opening should be slightly smaller than the gap itself so you can force the material deep into the joint under pressure.
3- नोज़ल लगाएँ और गैप के साइज़ के हिसाब से नोज़ल को काटें।
नोज़ल के बिल्कुल सिरे के पास से काटें। छेद का आकार गैप से थोड़ा छोटा होना चाहिए ताकि आप दबाव डालकर मटीरियल को जोड़ के अंदर गहराई तक भर सकें।
4- Place in Gun

Drop the cartridge into the gun's skeleton frame. Slide the front nozzle end through the slot at the front apex of the gun first, then press the flat back end down into the rear cradle.
कार्ट्रिज को गन के स्केलेटन फ़्रेम में डालें। पहले नोज़ल वाले अगले हिस्से को गन के स बसे आगे बने स्लॉट में डालें, फिर उसके चपटे पिछले हिस्से को पीछे वाले क्रैडल में दबाकर बैठा दें।
5- Clean the surrounding area
After applying the silicone, the surrounding area should be properly cleaned with a clean cloth.
5- आस-पास की जगह को साफ़ करें
सिलिकॉन लगाने के बाद, आस-पास की जगह को साफ़ कपड़े से अच्छी तरह साफ़ कर लेना चाहिए।
How To Apply Epoxy Grout
1- Prepare the tile surface clean properly
Start by making sure the adhesive has cured fully. The joints should be clean, dry, and free from dust, debris, and adhesive residue.
1- टाइल की सतह को अच्छी तरह साफ़ करें।
सबसे पहले यह पक्का कर लें कि एडहेसिव पूरी तरह से सूख गया है। जोड़ साफ़ और सूखे होने चाहिए और उन पर धूल, कचरा या एडहेसिव का कोई अंश नहीं होना चाहिए।
2- Mix the epoxy grout
correctly
Mix the components exactly as instructed for the product being used. Do not add water. Do not estimate ratios. Do not partially mix without understanding the proportion correctly.
2- एपॉक्सी ग्राउट को सही तरीके से मिलाएं।
इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे प्रोडक्ट के लिए दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार ही चीज़ों को मिलाएं। पानी न मिलाएं। अनुपात का अंदाज़ा न लगाएं। सही अनुपात समझे बिना आधा-अधूरा न मिलाएं।

3- Apply the grout diagonally across the joints
Use a rubber grout float and spread the grout diagonally across the tile surface. Press firmly so the grout is pushed fully into the joints.

रबर ग्राउट फ़्लोट का इस्तेमाल करें और ग्राउट को टाइल की सतह पर तिरछा फैलाएं। ज़ोर से दबाएं ताकि ग्राउट जोड़ों के अंदर पूरी तरह चला जाए।

4- Remove excess grout early
Clean in surface
4- अतिरिक्त ग्राउट को जल्दी हटा दें

As you work, remove excess material from the tile surface. Do not allow a thick film to sit for too long.
Use a damp sponge to clean the tile surface soon after application. Avoid excess water. The goal is to clean the tile face without pulling grout out of the joint.
काम करते समय, टाइल की सतह से अतिरिक्त मटीरियल हटा दें। इसकी मोटी परत को ज़्यादा देर तक न रहने दें।
लगाने के तुरंत बाद टाइल की सतह क ो साफ़ करने के लिए गीले स्पंज का इस्तेमाल करें। ज़्यादा पानी का इस्तेमाल न करें। मकसद यह है कि जोड़ (जॉइंट) से ग्राउट को निकाले बिना टाइल की सतह को साफ़ किया जाए।

5- Allow proper curing time
Once the area is cleaned, allow the grout to cure fully before exposing it to water, heavy cleaning, or traffic.
5- ठीक से क्योरिंग का समय दें।
एक बार जब जगह साफ़ हो जाए, तो ग्राउट को पानी, ज़ोरदार सफ़ाई या लोगों की आवाजाही के संपर्क में लाने से पहले उसे पूरी तरह सूखने और सेट होने दें।
